Conform Legii 232/2022, microîntreprinderile care oferă servicii pot fi scutite de obligația de conformare; publicarea acestei declarații rămâne o practică recomandată de bună-credință. Under Romanian Law 232/2022, micro-enterprises providing services may be exempt from the conformance obligation; publishing this statement remains a recommended good-faith practice.
